在全球數位轉型與高科技競爭的浪潮下,臺灣正從半導體製造重鎮轉型為全球AI智慧應用的領航樞紐 。本次演講特別邀請到在國際舞台(如 WTO 產業政策對話)積極分享臺灣AI經驗的闕河鳴教授

闕教授將深入解析臺灣如何啟動「AI十大建設推動方案」,從智慧應用、機器人供應鏈到人才培育等面向,探討AI如何驅動產業轉型,並分享如何基於民主與韌性的普世價值,建立具備國際競爭力的創新生態系。

About the Lecture

Amidst the global wave of digital transformation, Taiwan is strategically pivoting from a semiconductor manufacturing powerhouse to a leading hub for global AI smart applications. We are honored to invite Prof. Herming Chiueh, who recently represented Taiwan at the WTO “Industrial Policy Dialogue” to share our nation’s AI development strategies.

In this lecture, Prof. Chiueh will analyze the implementation of the “AI Infrastructure Development Program,” covering aspects from smart applications and robot supply chains to talent cultivation. He will discuss how AI drives industrial transformation and how an innovation ecosystem can be built upon the universal values of democracy and resilience to achieve sustainable growth.
